Cookies policy
What are cookies?
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on your computer or mobile device when you visit the site.
First party cookies are cookies set by the website you're visiting. Only that website can read them. In addition, a website might potentially use external services which also set their own cookies, known as third-party cookies.
Persistent cookies are cookies saved on your computer that are not deleted automatically when you quit your browser, unlike a session cookie which is deleted when you quit your browser.
How we use cookies
It is the policy of HandleDroid to refrain from the use of technology for the tracking of user interaction beyond the user's use of HandleDroid. As such, the type of first-party cookie we use are strictly needed to make the website operational (authentication and payment processing) and cannot be disabled.
Third-party cookies are set by providers we use to make our website operational:
- Auth0 - Terms of Use, only for users accessing the Dashboard
- Stripe - Services Agreement
How can you manage cookies?
In all modern browsers you can manage/delete cookies as you wish - for details, see How to Clear the Cache and Cookies in Your Web Browser.
